I am a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance who teaches private classes, group classes and workshops. I am also certified in the Yoga4Cancer methodology, trained by Tari Prinster AND a Certified Holden Qigong teacher.
Current Weekly Yoga Classes:
Tuesdays, 6-7:15pm – Resilient Yoga Flow. For more information or to sign up, click HERE. Location is at Peace of Mind Pilates at The Essex Experience. Resilient Flow is a 75-minute class for anyone seeking to increase strength, healing, and a supportive space to reconnect – whether you’re recovering from a minor injury, surgery, moving through or beyond cancer, restarting your yoga journey, or simply looking for a gentle yet empowering practice. This class weaves together Hatha, restorative, and oncology-informed yoga, along with elements of Qigong and Tai Chi for added fluidity and balance. Led by an experienced teacher trained in multiple modalities of stress reduction and mindful movement, you’ll be guided through: A calming warm-up Gentle strength and balance building poses with modifications An extended, restful final relaxation Expect compassionate guidance, supportive props, and space to move, breathe, and restore at your own pace.
