About the Class: Yoga can positively affect emotional, mental and physical health. This online oncology yoga class is designed to meet the unique emotional and physical needs of those who have been touched by cancer. This class focuses on helping you build strength and flexibility, stimulate your immune system and build bone density, manage pain, stress levels, fluid build-up from lymphedema, control your breath to enhance your emotional state and possibly feel more empowered in your daily life. About your Teacher: Geri Ann Higgins is a registered yoga teacher who chose to become certified in yoga4cancer after her own cancer experience. Geri Ann is also a certified Health & Wellness Coach, Meditation Practitioner, Reiki Master and Holden Qigong Teacher-in-training. Geri Ann’s cancer experience helped her gain a better understanding of how to more fully support others in their healing journeys. Her goal is to help people feel less stressed, more often so they can increase more pockets of peace and vitality in their lives.

Group Meditation with Singing Bowls – I play at the end of yoga, Pilates and dance classes, at private gatherings, for groups, milestone birthdays, for bridal party prep, at retreats, as well as at house blessings and space clearings. Minimum 30 minutes to a maximum of one hour.
Mini Tarot Readings – I read for milestone birthdays, special events and smaller private gatherings. Two hour framework.
Mini Chair Reiki Sessions – I provide recharging Chair Reiki mini sessions for businesses, private gatherings, milestone birthdays and more. Two hour framework.
Private Pilates & Yoga Classes – I teach private Pilates and Hatha yoga classes to small groups (minimum 5 people). Extended savasana with singing bowls is available for the yoga classes. Minimum 1 hour to a maximum of 90 minutes.
Private Guided Meditation – I lead private guided meditations to individuals and small groups (maximum 5 people). Minimum 30 minutes to a maximum of one hour.
