3 MONTH PLAN – The “MAKE IT HAPPEN” Package

If you are ready to think creatively and honestly about changes that will positively impact your overall health and well-being, this three month package may be what you’ve been waiting for! Let’s make it happen!

Each session is 75 minutes:

  • 1st monthCreate Clarity: I’ll help you design a three month road map with actionable weekly steps to achieve your personal vision in the way that works best for YOU. You’ll leave with a plan in hand and the confidence you need to make magic happen. 
  • 2nd monthA Little Bit of This, A Little Bit of That: We’ll first review the best things that have happened with your previously determined goals and what you want to keep and/or revise. Next, we’ll check in on your overall three month vision to ensure it still resonates or if it is in need of some design tweaks. Finally, we’ll map out your favorite best practices plus some new tactics to enhance forward movement and well-being.
  • 3rd monthGetting Ready to Fish!: We’ll review your current inventory of tools and techniques and measure your demonstrated results to date. This session will include creative brainstorming and S.M.A.R.T. goal setting to ensure boatloads of “successful fishing on your own” in the future. See what I did there? :)
  • PLUS: Once a week, you will receive a choice of either a 20-minute personal coaching “check in” call (12 weeks) OR a customized “Card of the Week” area of focus pull (12 total) via email.

6 MONTH PLAN – The “SLOW & STEADY WINS THE RACE” Package

Sometimes three months feels too soon to say goodbye. I personally understand how heading off on your own can make one feel uneasy. If you’re more comfortable with taking your time and spreading things out over a longer period, this six month package is for you.

Each session is 75 minutes:

  • 1st monthCreate Clarity: I’ll help you design a three month road map with actionable weekly steps to achieve your personal vision in the way that works best for YOU. You’ll leave with a plan in hand and the confidence you need to make magic happen. 
  • 2nd monthA Little Bit of This, A Little Bit of That: We’ll first review the best things that have happened with your previously determined goals and what you want to keep and/or revise. Next, we’ll check in on your overall three month vision to ensure it still resonates or if it is in need of some design tweaks. Finally, we’ll map out your favorite best practices plus some new tactics to enhance forward movement and well-being.
  • 3rd monthMeasure Twice, Cut Once: We’ll review your current inventory of tools and techniques and measure your demonstrated results to date. This session will include the review of any existing or potential barriers of concern, creative brainstorming, S.M.A.R.T. goal setting, and renewed focus on how to successfully achieve your first three month vision.
  • 4th monthRaise the Bar: This session will consist of developing a new vision for the next three months, based on your current success and new motivating desires. You’ve got some “money in the bank” by now, let’s add some more!
  • 5th monthStay the Course: We’ll work together on customized ways for you to maintain and/or build stamina and resilience to ensure steady results for the future.
  • 6th monthReady for Prime Time: This session is like the last day of school! We’ll celebrate all that’s gone right and review all the fun stuff you plan to do on your summer break (or winter break, depending on our session date). We can even be Pen Pals!
  • Wait, there’s MORE: Once a week, you will receive a choice of either a 20-minute personal coaching “check in” call (24 weeks) OR a customized “Card of the Week” area of focus pull (24 total) via email.
