WONDERING HOW TO ENHANCE AN UPCOMING EVENT YOU ARE PLANNING OR ATTENDING?

I invite you to email me (click here) today with specific questions about any of the below services you might find of interest. I’ll share helpful information on how we can successfully work together to get you the results you want. Present travel services include:

Group Meditation with Singing Bowls – I play at the end of yoga, Pilates and dance classes, at private gatherings, for groups, milestone birthdays, at retreats, as well as at house blessings and space clearings. Minimum 30 minutes to a maximum of one hour.

Mini Tarot Readings – I read for milestone birthdays, special events and smaller private gatherings. Minimum 1 hour to a maximum of three hours.

Mini Chair Reiki Sessions – I provide recharging Chair Reiki mini sessions for businesses, private gatherings, milestone birthdays and more. Minimum 1 hour to a maximum of two hours. 

Private Pilates & Yoga Classes – I teach private Pilates and Hatha yoga classes to small groups (minimum 5 people). Extended savasana with singing bowls is available for the yoga classes. Minimum 1 hour to a maximum of 90 minutes.

Private Guided Meditation – I lead private guided meditations to individuals and small groups (maximum 5 people). Minimum 30 minutes to a maximum of one hour.

WEDNESDAY EVENING HATHA YOGA (6:35-7:35pm)
June 7, 14, 21 & 28 at Peace of Mind Pilates, Suite 108, 4 Carmichael Street, Essex Center

Hatha Yoga Class Description: A basic hatha yoga class with an extended savasana at the end. Singing bowls will be played during savasana. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water and a small towel. A single drop-in class is $14; progressive discounts for multiple class punch cards. Please note that space is limited to ensure the most optimal experience, so sign up today!

SUNDAY EVENING GROUP MEDITATION WITH SINGING BOWLS

Relax your mind, body and spirit while listening to the peaceful tones of Tibetan and Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls. We start with breath work and chanting the bija mantras, transition into a short guided meditation and follow with my playing seven different sized bowls for the remainder of the meditation session. Get comfortable (we have yoga mats, bolsters, back jack chairs, cushions and blankets for you to use) and relax to the harmonious sounds of the bowls. Within minutes, many people find they easily drift off into a meditative state, allowing their bodies to engage in the self-healing of deep relaxation.Please bring a bottle of water and then…unplug! Space is limited.
